This is a complex custom webapplication for an international IT job portal, with a very powerfull job search engine that relies upon having set predefined IT skills (from a total of over 200 possible skills) both on candidate CVs and joboffers. The result is the websites ability to easily match a candidate's CV with joboffers he is qualified for.
Among other features it allows companies to create technical tests for their candidates, and allows the candidate to take those test in a secure enviroment.

This is a combination of social networking platform with a blogging platform. It is a highly scalable cloud application, build on Windows Azure Services, and designed to scale up simply by modifing the number of cloud computers used in an XML file.
