Project Management
BitStar follows the standards steps over the entire Software Development Project Management Cycle:
- Project definition
- Project planning and estimation (costs and time)
- Resource allocation
- Management and monitoring of daily, weekly and monthly tasks
- Quality control
- Reports and updates to the client
Our main concern is to be on time and on budget, so we will look always for a good software development task management, a prompt change management and a real risk management plan.

Task Management
|
This component is usually controlled via a project schedule. Each individual is assigned a task for which he or she is responsible. Speed of delivery, time and quality depends on task and individual. Tasks can be prioritized due to emergency, complexity or importance.
|
Change Management
|
Changes in the project are a common fact. They can produce deviations, so each change should be treated as fast as possible in order to reduce its impact in the project.
 |
Risk Management
|
This process ensures the identification and the prioritization of risks in order to establish a plan to reduce or to avoid those risks. Some of them can't be eliminated but plans that reduce their impact can be built.
